This is an 8inch x 10inch Tintype photograph of my Paddington Bear Family.  They seem to be enjoying a Summer afternoon together on an antique settee.  This one of a kind image was produced using the 1851 Wet Plate Collodion process.  I used my 1890's vintage Petzval lens for lots of character.  The photograph was made on an aluminum plate and is protected with the traditional varnish made from lavender oil and frankincense resin.

The frame was made in the north woods of Wisconsin using antique wood recovered from an old barn.  The frame has a a few spots of the original white paint remaining.  The frame include a wall hanger and a wood dowel to convert to a desk picture.
